Private Bangkok–Pattaya Taxi Transfers
This is a private door-to-door transfer. You book the whole car. The driver collects you at your Bangkok hotel, apartment, or airport arrivals and drives directly to any address in Pattaya. The car is yours alone, with no other passengers and no extra stops.
Fares are fixed at booking: a sedan costs ฿1,100 from Suvarnabhumi Airport, ฿1,300 from a Bangkok city address, and ฿1,400 from Don Muang, with the same rates in the reverse direction. The Route and How Long It Takes
Every transfer runs via Motorway 7, the Bangkok–Chonburi–Pattaya motorway. From central Bangkok the distance is about 150 kilometers and the drive takes 1.5 to 2 hours in normal traffic. During peak periods (Friday evenings, Sunday afternoons, and Thai holidays) allow 2 to 2.5 hours. The fare stays the same regardless of how long the drive takes.
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) sits on the eastern side of Bangkok, so the trip to Pattaya is shorter: about 90 kilometers, or 1 to 1.5 hours. Don Muang Airport (DMK) is on the opposite side of the city, roughly 180 kilometers from Pattaya, and takes 2 to 2.5 hours. The longer distance is why a Don Muang sedan costs ฿1,400 against ฿1,100 from Suvarnabhumi.
For departure flights, work backwards from your check-in time: 1 to 1.5 hours from Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi, 2 to 2.5 hours to Don Muang, plus a buffer on Fridays, Sundays, and holidays. We operate 24/7 with no night surcharge.
How Airport Pickup Works
We monitor your flight from the moment it departs. When you land at Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang, your driver is already waiting at arrivals holding a sign with your name on it. Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after landing, and if your flight is delayed the pickup adjusts automatically at no extra cost.
The driver helps with your luggage, walks you to the car, and drives straight to your accommodation in Pattaya.
Payment and Cancellation
You pay the driver on arrival; there is no prepayment or deposit. The fare is paid in Thai Baht cash only. We don't take cards or online payment, so bring the fare in baht.
Cancellation is free more than 24 hours before pickup. Flight delays never count as a cancellation, because we track the flight and move the pickup time ourselves.
Drivers and Vehicles
All drivers are licensed and insured, with basic to good English. Our booking team handles anything more complicated in fluent English.
