Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings made with Bangkok Pattaya Taxi (“we”, “us”) for private door-to-door taxi transfers between Bangkok, Pattaya, and Thailand's airports. By submitting a booking request you agree to the terms below.

Booking and Confirmation

Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a completed transaction. Your transfer is confirmed once we reply, usually by WhatsApp, with the agreed details. If you do not hear from us within a reasonable time, please contact us directly using the details below.

Fares and Payment

• Fares are fixed and agreed in advance, starting from ฿1,100 for the Bangkok–Pattaya corridor. The price you confirm is the price you pay.
• Quoted fares are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, airport meet & greet, and up to 60 minutes of free airport waiting, unless we tell you otherwise.
• Payment is cash on arrival, paid directly to the driver at the end of your trip (or by another method if we agree it in advance). There is no online payment and no prepayment.
• Additional stops, waiting time beyond the free allowance, or route changes requested on the day may incur an extra charge, which we will explain before it applies.

Airport Pickups

For airport transfers we monitor your flight using the airline and flight number you provide and adjust the pickup time for delays. Please give accurate flight details and keep your phone reachable after landing so the driver can meet you.

Changes and Cancellations

Plans change, and we try to be flexible. If you need to change or cancel a booking, let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone. Because we do not take prepayment, cancelling in good time carries no charge. A driver who has already been dispatched or has waited beyond the free allowance for a no-show may result in a reasonable charge for the trip.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, flight, and contact details.
• Be ready at the agreed time and place, and let us know promptly of any delay.
• Ensure the number of passengers and amount of luggage match the vehicle you booked, so we can send a suitable car.

Our Service

Our drivers are licensed and insured, and our vehicles are air-conditioned and non-smoking. We aim to be punctual and reliable, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or events at the airport. In these cases we will do our best to keep you informed and complete your transfer safely.

Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the value of that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
