Bangkok Pattaya Taxi (“we”, “us”) provides private door-to-door taxi transfers between Bangkok, Pattaya, and Thailand's airports. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data handling is simple: we only collect what we need to arrange your trip.

Information We Collect

When you submit a booking request or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name – so the driver can greet you and match you to your booking.
• WhatsApp number and/or phone number – to confirm your booking and reach you on the day of travel.
• Email address (optional) – to send a written confirmation if you provide one.
• Trip details – pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, and vehicle type.
• Flight details (airport pickups only) – airline, flight number and arrival time, so we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if it is delayed.

We do not collect or store any payment card details. All fares are paid in cash (or as otherwise agreed) directly to the driver on arrival, so there is no online payment step.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to:

• Confirm your booking and send you the details of your transfer.
• Communicate with you about your trip, usually by WhatsApp.
• Monitor your flight and coordinate the pickup with your driver.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Where you arrive from an online advertisement, we may record campaign identifiers (for example a Google click ID) alongside your booking so we can understand which adverts lead to genuine trips. This information is used in aggregate to improve our service and is not used to identify you beyond your booking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing Your Information

We share your details only where it is necessary to provide the service:

• Your assigned driver receives the trip details needed to complete your transfer.
• Trusted service providers that host our website, store our booking records, or help us send confirmations act on our instructions and only for these purposes.

We may also disclose information where required by law. We never sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

We keep booking records for a reasonable period so we can provide support, handle any follow-up, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
