One fixed fare covers the whole car, the driver, and every toll. Suvarnabhumi is the cheapest drop-off because the airport sits on the Pattaya side of Bangkok. City drop-offs vary by zone, and Don Muang costs the most because it sits on the far north side of Bangkok, adding distance and city traffic to the run.

Where a fare shows a range, the exact price depends on your Bangkok drop-off address or the van type, and it is fixed at booking confirmation. Once confirmed, the price does not change with traffic, weather, the hour of pickup, or holidays.

The fare is per vehicle, not per person, and rates match the Bangkok to Pattaya route in both directions.

What's Included in the Fare

The driver covers every Motorway 7 toll out of the booked fare; nothing is settled at toll gates. The fare includes:

All vehicles are air-conditioned and non-smoking. For children, tell us their ages at booking and the right child or booster seat is fitted free of charge.

The Journey: Motorway 7

The driver picks you up in Pattaya and joins Motorway 7, the Bangkok–Chonburi–Pattaya motorway, which runs the length of the route. To central Bangkok the distance is about 150 km and the drive takes 1.5–2 hours in normal traffic.

Suvarnabhumi is quicker: the airport sits on Bangkok's eastern edge, about 90 km from Pattaya, so most runs take 1–1.5 hours. Don Muang is roughly 180 km; plan on 2–2.5 hours, since the driver crosses Bangkok to reach the north side.

Peak windows on this route are Friday evenings, Sunday afternoons, and Thai public holidays, when the city run can stretch to 2–2.5 hours. If you have a flight, tell us the departure time when booking and we will recommend a pickup time that allows for the slower end of the range plus your airline's check-in.

Which Vehicle to Book

The Standard Sedan (Toyota Camry or similar) takes 3 passengers and 2 large bags: ฿1,100 to BKK or ฿1,300 to a Bangkok city address.

The Family SUV (Toyota Fortuner or similar) carries 4 passengers and 4 large bags.

The VIP Minivan (Toyota Commuter) takes 9 passengers and 8 large bags. At ฿1,800 to BKK, a full minivan costs less than two sedans at ฿2,200, so it beats splitting the group across cars.

Private Car vs Bus or Shared Minivan

Buses and shared minivans run between Pattaya and Bangkok and can be cheaper per seat. They leave on their own timetable from their own terminal and arrive at a station rather than your airline's check-in hall, so you often need another ride at the Bangkok end. A private transfer leaves when you choose, from your hotel door, and stops next at your terminal or Bangkok address.

Early-Morning Airport Runs

The service runs 24 hours a day with no night surcharge, so a pre-dawn sedan to BKK costs the same ฿1,100 as a midday run, and a pre-dawn sedan to DMK the same ฿1,300. Roads are emptiest in the early hours, which makes these the most predictable runs of the day. Book the day before at the latest so the car and driver are assigned and confirmed in advance.

Pickup: How It Works

Give us your hotel name or street address anywhere in Pattaya (Beach Road, Second Road, Jomtien, Pratumnak, Na Jomtien, or Bang Saray) plus your pickup time. The driver comes to the lobby or door and helps with your luggage.

At the Bangkok end, drop-off is wherever you need: a hotel in Sukhumvit or Silom, a hospital, an office, or directly at the departure level of Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang.

Payment and Cancellation

No prepayment is taken. You book, we confirm, and you pay the driver on arrival at your destination. Cash in Thai baht is the usual method; USD, EUR, and GBP are accepted at current exchange rates. Visa and Mastercard are available if you request card payment when booking.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. For changes inside that window, contact us as early as possible. If you booked an airport pickup for your arrival back into Thailand, flight delays are handled automatically through flight monitoring at no cost.
