Where a fare shows a range, the exact price depends on your Bangkok address zone or the van type. We quote the exact figure when we confirm your booking, and it does not change afterwards.

Fares from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

Suvarnabhumi is the cheapest starting point because the airport sits on the eastern side of the city, closer to Pattaya: roughly 90 kilometers and 1 to 1.5 hours via Motorway 7.

Fares from Don Muang Airport (DMK)

Don Muang sits on the northern edge of Bangkok, so the drive to Pattaya is longer: around 180 kilometers and 2 to 2.5 hours. Sedan and SUV fares are ฿200 higher than from BKK to reflect the extra distance. Meet & greet, flight monitoring, and free waiting time are the same.

What Every 2026 Fare Includes

Every fare covers:

  • All motorway and expressway tolls
  • Airport parking fees for pickups
  • Meet & greet at arrivals with a name sign
  • Flight monitoring, so a delayed flight never costs you extra
  • 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport
  • Complimentary bottled water
  • Door-to-door service to any address you specify

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Vehicle and luggage capacities are in the tables above. Golf bags, strollers, and dive gear usually push a group into the SUV even with only two or three people. For six or more, the minivan works out cheaper per person than splitting into two sedans. All three vehicle types are air-conditioned and include the same door-to-door service.

Why Don Muang Transfers Cost More

The difference (sedan ฿1,300 from DMK versus ฿1,100 from BKK) comes down to distance. Suvarnabhumi is about 90 kilometers from Pattaya, while Don Muang is roughly 180 kilometers away and the route crosses Bangkok before joining Motorway 7. If you can choose your arrival airport, landing at BKK saves ฿200 on a sedan and around an hour on the road.

Fixed Fare vs Metered Taxi

With a metered taxi, the final cost depends on the route the driver takes and the traffic, and tolls usually come on top of the meter. A fixed fare is locked when you book: whether the drive takes 90 minutes or 2.5 hours, you pay the listed price, tolls included.

Payment and Cancellation

No prepayment is required. You book online, your driver meets you, and you pay when you reach your destination. Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash (Thai Baht): the simplest option
  • Cash (USD, EUR, GBP): accepted at current exchange rates
  • Visa or Mastercard: available if you request it when booking

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. If your plans change inside that window, contact us at +66 95 540 7084 (phone, WhatsApp, or Line) or email booking@bangkokpattayataxi.com.

How to Book at These Fares

The booking form at the bottom of this page is the fastest way to reserve. Enter your pickup point, destination, date, and vehicle type, and the fare is confirmed at the prices listed above. You can also book by phone, WhatsApp, or Line at +66 95 540 7084, or by email at booking@bangkokpattayataxi.com.

For airport pickups, include your flight number. We monitor the flight, and if it lands late your driver adjusts automatically at no extra cost. Your fare does not change either—the 60 minutes of free waiting time starts from your actual landing, not the scheduled one.

2026 Fare FAQ

Is the price per person or per car?

Per car. The ฿1,100 sedan fare from BKK covers up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags. The ฿1,200 SUV carries up to 4 people, and the ฿1,800 minivan up to 9. Split between a group, the cost per person drops quickly.

Are tolls extra?

No. All motorway and expressway tolls are included in the fixed fare, along with airport parking fees for pickups. You will not be asked to pay anything beyond the price agreed at booking.

Is there a night surcharge?

No. Fares are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An early-morning airport run or a late-night arrival costs exactly what the price list shows.

Do I pay in advance?

No. There is no prepayment and no deposit. You pay the driver directly when you arrive at your destination.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Visa and Mastercard are accepted—just mention it when you book so the driver is prepared. Cash in Thai Baht, USD, EUR, or GBP also works.

Does the fare change if traffic is bad?

No. The price is fixed at booking regardless of traffic. If the trip takes 2.5 hours instead of 1.5, the fare stays the same—there is no surge pricing of any kind.
